Tammy Stadt retired from a career in Community Health Promotion in the community-based primary care setting. She brings her lived experience of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos and related conditions as well as a lens for health systems, accreditations, quality improvement, and integration of the community in developing solutions to improve the quality of care. Tammy is committed to improving the EDS journey for the next person.
Tammy supports educational placements, the Community of Practice resource Library, and intake for Wellness Sessions, and Virtual Support Groups as part of her Social Prescribing.
