Healthcare Professionals Directory Registration
EDS Canada Foundation provides an online resource directory of Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Heritable Connective Tissue Disorders (HCTD) and Chronic Pain Canadian health professionals.
It is understood that inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by EDS Canada Foundation, but is provided as a resource to the EDS/HSD/HCTD and Chronic Pain community in Canada, and to health professionals interested in treating people living with EDS, HSD, HCTD and their related disorders, including Chronic Pain.
By submitting this form, health professionals certify they are licensed to treat patients and are familiar with EDS, HSD, HCTD’s and their related disorders and are willing to treat patients who may be living with these conditions.
