Magnesium Flakes: We recommend Magnesium Chloride Flakes to make your own Magnesium Oil for pain. 1 cup of flakes to 1 cup of water, stir until dissolved. You can add them to your bath to sooth your aches and pains. If you wish to buy the Magnesium Oil already made.
Epsom Salts ( Magnesium Sulfate) are great for sore and achy muscles. 1-2 cups in the tub while you take your shower (with the plug in) or bath. Your legs and feet will absorb what your body needs.
Epsom Salts are also available in creams, lotions and gels.
